Apex Innovation Solution is a loan consulting service. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lender. We help you compare and apply to loan and finance products offered by our partner banks and NBFCs. We do not sanction or disburse loans ourselves.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or a specific loan amount. Final approval, terms, and disbursal are entirely at the discretion of the partner bank/NBFC you apply through, based on their own underwriting criteria.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an enquiry or application. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application by the lender and, where applicable, legal consequences under Indian law.
The EMI calculator and any figures shown on this website are indicative estimates for illustration only, based on the inputs you provide. Actual interest rates, EMI amounts, processing fees, and charges are determined solely by the lender and may differ from the estimates shown here.
Our initial consultation is free. If any service fee applies for facilitation, it will be communicated to you clearly and in writing before you proceed. Separately, lenders may charge their own processing fees, which are outside our control — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
All content on this website — including text, design, logos, and the Apex Innovation Solution name — is our property or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
Once you proceed with a specific lender, that lender's own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and loan agreement will apply to your application and loan. Please review these carefully before signing.
We provide our consulting services on a reasonable-effort basis and make no warranties about loan approval, timelines, or lender conduct. To the extent permitted by law, Apex Innovation Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Apex Innovation Solution is registered.
